Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage all front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and reservations using multi-line phone systems
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and special accommodations to enhance their stay
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Conduct night audits and reconcile daily transactions accurately while maintaining hotel records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest services
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and manage multi-tasking responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Weekends required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and proficiency with multi-line phone systems and reservation software
- Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and attention to detail
