General Description:
The Open / Closer is responsible for assisting the Team Leader/ General Manager with the operation of their location with regards to customer service, employee training and development, controlling costs, day-to-day operation and maintenance of the location, sanitation, safety and compliance with all company policies and procedures. Conducts all business in a professional manner consistent with the core values of the franchise. Must have at least one year prior experience in fast food setting or restaurant industry, and held a role higher than en entry level employee.
Job Requirements:
- Successful completion of the Training Program.
- Successful completion of Food Handler Certification Program (must be maintained as current).
- Professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Good math aptitude.
- Must be able to work evening and weekend shifts.
- Reliable transportation.
- Accessibility by phone, text message, and voicemail.
- Attendance as required at meetings and trainings.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Completes Opening/Closing checklists in an accurately and timely manner and ensures the store is opened/closed to the standards set in place by the Team Lead/ General Manager.
- Minimal call outs and no excessive time off requests
Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly starting pay starting at $0.50 above minimum wage, non-exempt.
- SL (sick leave) 40hrs annually, hourly accrual, 80hr cap.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
