Pay Rate: $14.18/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Temp-to-Hire
- Monday–Thursday: 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Cornerstone Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for a Material Handler/Packer position in Johnson City, TN. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with the potential for permanent employment.
What You'll Be Doing
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Packing and boxing finished hardwood flooring products in the pre-finish department
- Handling lumber and flooring materials throughout the production area
- Stacking flooring products according to company standards
- Carrying lumber and materials from one work area to another
- Placing flooring strips into designated boxes for shipment
- Inspecting products for quality before packaging
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following all safety and production procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift materials as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
