Compensation:
$125,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Guide homeowners through the entire selling process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction from consultation to closing.

Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling property listings that attract potential buyers.

Conduct thorough market analyses to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on property values.

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication.

Coordinate and host open houses and property showings to showcase listings to prospective buyers.

Negotiate offers and counteroffers with buyers' agents to achieve favorable outcomes for clients' listings.
Qualifications:-
Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on listing properties, is preferred but not required.
