Custom Home Builder now hiring experienced Trim Carpenters!
As a Trim Carpenter, you will work independently and alongside other Carpenters to finish the interior of single family homes and townhomes. Work is steady, year round, and we offer a full comprehensive benefit package!
Duties:
- Install custom millwork in residential homes
- Install base, casing, crown molding, cabinets, interior doors, custom molding, railings, stair stringers, built-ins, and more.
- Proper & Safe Use of Hand tools and Power tools
- Follow safety guidelines at all times
- Haul material and tools
- Measure and cut millwork precisely using hand and power tools
- Ladder, harness, and lift use when applicable
Requirements:
- Knowledge of trim work as it pertains to residential interior finish work
- Prior experience and understanding of use and safe practices related to power tools, relevant machinery and gear
- Reliable transportation daily to and from job site
- Possession of work boots
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Willingness and ability to work in varying temperatures and elements
- Willingness and ability to learn and advance overall skillset and efficiency
