Boutique New York City firm is hiring an immigration attorney for handling removal defense representation. Candidates MUST have several years of substantial experience representing respondents in EOIR hearings and preparing appeals. Experience with mandamus and habeas federal litigation is a plus. Salary to be commensurate with level of experience.
