Key Responsibilities
Administer day-to-day activities related to employee compensation and incentive programs, including participant record maintenance, lifecycle events, and data updates.
Extract, review, and analyze data to support recurring reporting, audits, business requests, and management reporting.
Support the administration of long-term incentive and employee compensation programs throughout their lifecycle.
Perform reconciliations across HR, payroll, finance, and other enterprise systems to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain employee and program records while supporting periodic processing, reporting, and quality assurance activities.
Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Audit to respond to reporting requests and operational inquiries.
Investigate and resolve data issues, document root causes, and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and reporting tools to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and strengthen internal controls.
Support compliance, reporting, audit requests, and documentation related to employee compensation programs.
Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and operational checklists.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide operational support through shared team channels.
Assist with special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve documentation, reporting, data analysis, and operational efficiency while maintaining confidentiality.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis, reconciliations, validation, and large dataset management.
Experience with HRIS, financial systems, reporting platforms, SQL, Power BI, Python, or similar analytics and automation tools is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach and the ability to manage confidential information professionally.
