2nd Shift Painter – Fabrication Shop
We are looking for a hard-working Painter to join our 2nd shift team at CESTEEL. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, supporting both shop and yard operations. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, works safely, and thrives in a production environment.
Responsibilities
- Prep fabricated steel for paint
- Apply industrial coatings and paint systems
- clean, sand, and mask parts as needed
- Inspect parts for quality before and after paint
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Work closely with fabrication and QC teams to keep production moving
Requirements
- Previous industrial painting
- Epoxy painting Experience is a must !!!!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
