Operations and Revenue Manager (Electrical)
Location: Jenkintown/Abington
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $72,000
- Performance Bonus: 0- $12,000 per annum based on performance, company revenue and profit
- Total Compensation Potential: 60-84K

Position Overview
Your mission is to ensure that the company consistently executes at a high level by improving managing operational and office tasks, planning and executing them, monitoring revenue, coaching employees, holding teams accountable, removing operational bottlenecks, and ensuring priorities are completed on time.
The successful candidate will build an execution-focused culture where commitments are kept, standards are maintained, and measurable business results improve every week.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales, operations, or business development or office manager experience
- Minimum 3 years managing employees and business operations
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment
- Proven history of improving measurable business results
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- High level of personal accountability
- Proficient with business software and technology
