We're growing, and we're inviting two licensed professionals to build their practice with us: a Licensed Massage Therapist with a passion for educating clients operating as an independent contractor.

Licensed Massage Therapist (Independent Contractor)
We're inviting a skilled, client-focused massage therapist to build their practice within our space.
You'll bring:
- Active South Carolina massage therapy license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Strong technique across the modalities you specialize in (Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, etc.)
- Your own client base, or the drive to build one
- A genuine interest in explaining the "why" behind your work to clients
- A calm, steady presence with clients — comfortable with client education without being overly talkative
- Availability for contracted hours at the spa
- Your own liability insurance (as required for independent contractors)

Notes
The posted pay range is a realistic estimate based on a 70 percent booking rate plus tips. This is a commission-split position (not a guaranteed salary), meaning your actual earnings are uncapped and will scale directly with your weekly booking volume and tips. Top performers can earn significantly more.
Five Elements Wellness Spa is governed by and in good standing with the SC State Board of Cosmetology.
Pay: $21,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
