Training
No cosmetology license is required for this position.
No previous head spa experience is necessary.
We provide paid training in all reborn. hair + scalp spa treatments, guest care, and salon service protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform luxury head spa and scalp treatments after completing paid training.
- Welcome every guest with a warm, professional, and relaxing attitude.
- Shampoo, cleanse, and prepare guests for customized scalp and hair treatments.
- Learn and perform reborn. hair + scalp spa treatment protocols and guest care standards.
- Educate guests on their treatments and help create an exceptional spa experience.
- Work closely with the Salon Coordinator and other team members to ensure a smooth daily workflow.
- Work together with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon throughout each shift.
- Sanitize shampoo bowls, treatment beds, tools, and workstations after each guest.
- Fold towels, assist with laundry, restock treatment supplies, and prepare treatment areas for the next guest.
- Help keep shampoo stations, treatment rooms, common areas, and guest spaces clean and inviting.
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as assigned.
- Capture photos and videos of services, products, and salon activities when requested.
- Assist with social media content by contributing to the salon’s online presence with a minimum of three posts per week or as directed.
- Notify the Salon Coordinator of supplies that are running low, maintenance concerns, or guest issues requiring attention.
- Maintain a positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong customer service at all times.
- Support fellow team members and help ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.
