Office manager, manage call logs and answer phones, perform filing, organizational duties, computer entry for billing, customer files, receivable and payables. Scheduling, data input. Organize meetings, manage databases and spread sheets. Work to coordinate field technicians with the office, track work orders. Make marketing and collection calls. Customer relations calls. Additional duties as assigned. Must have computer knowledge, Microsoft, excel, QuickBooks, outlook, etc..... work with CRM data to schedule inspections and testing. Audit vendor invoices, close out purchase orders. Schedule service team for customer appointments. Data input for inventory.
