Crestview RV Center is looking for an enthusiastic sales professional to help our customers get outdoors and have fun! We are in the business of providing good times and developing memories for family and friends for years to come. We have been here for over 40 years and one of the largest dealerships in all of central Texas. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth through exceptional customer engagement. In this role, you will be the face of our company, building strong relationships with clients, promoting our products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction. Your energetic approach and proactive mindset will help expand our market presence and deliver outstanding service that keeps customers coming back. Responsibilities
-Conduct retail sales activities, including engaging with customers, providing product information, and processing transactions.
-Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
-Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
-Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to effectively promote and sell products.
-Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Skills
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
- Knowledge of pricing structures, upselling techniques, and basic math for accurate transactions and quotations.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
