Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Manager to lead our Barnacle Doctor Dive Service team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth operation. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for diving, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and operational efficiency. As the Manager, you will oversee daily activities, coordinate jobs, and maintain high standards of service.
Duties
- Lead and manage the Barnacle Doctor Dive Service team, including supervising staff, assigning shifts, and fostering a positive team environment
- Oversee all dive operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and technical standards
- Maintain detailed reports on dive activities, safety incidents, and operational performance
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hull cleaning/ diving
- Demonstrated leadership with previous management or supervisory roles
- Management experience with staff supervision and team management capabilities
- Skilled in shift management to ensure smooth daily operations
- a focus on customer satisfaction and safety compliance
- Technical proficiency in diving equipment operation and maintenance is highly desirable
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pompano Beach, FL
