Loan Factory is seeking highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Officers to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with prospective borrowers to evaluate financial needs and creditworthiness
- Recommend appropriate loan products, terms, and features based on client profiles
- Guide clients through the application, documentation, and underwriting process
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams throughout the loan lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license required
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Prior mortgage or lending experience preferred
