PROJECT COORDINATOR
1. Assist Construction Manager / estimator during the bidding process by helping with vendor set-up and collecting / preparing bid packages.
2. Set up project files including paper and electronic systems as well as help create project manuals.
3. Create / distribute Subcontracts as well as ensure all documentation is complete including W-9’s, insurance, etc.
4. Assist Project manager in creating and processing both owner and subcontractor change owners.
5. Assist Project Manager and Estimator in maintaining project plans and plan logs.
6. Assist Project manager in creating and maintaining all project documentation including transmittals, shop drawings, RFI’s, ASI’s, submittals, meeting minutes, and safety reports.
7. Assist Construction manager in creating and maintaining monthly project budget reports and status reports.
8. Assist Project Manager in acquiring and maintaining project close-out documents including warranty certificates and as-builts.
9. Experience with Procore Construction Software required.
The Project Coordinator will provide administrative support for assigned projects and their respective Project Managers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
