Wood Dale Radiology is an OP Imaging Center located in Wooddale, IL
We are currently looking for a part time Radiology Technologist to work 3 days/week, Mon, Wed, Friday: 9am to 5pm with occasional Saturdays
Qualifications
- Proficient in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge
- Illinois License (IEMA) and ARRT certifications
- Skilled in aseptic techniques and medical imaging
- Experience with X-Ray procedures
- Familiarity with diagnostic radiology departmental protocols
- Knowledge of RIS and PACS systems
- Potential training for MRI technology if Interested
Responsibilities
- Perform medical imaging procedures, including X-rays, while adhering to safety protocols.
- Ensure accurate patient positioning and equipment calibration for optimal image quality.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of medical terminology and anatomy to assist in diagnostics.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results and provide patient care.
- Keep detailed records of imaging procedures and patient information in compliance with hospital standards.
- Stay updated on advancements in radiologic technology and techniques.
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
