General Summary
Develops and supervises behavior analytic interventions for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Major Duties
- Develops, modifies and communicates behavior analytic intervention programs for clients. Performs initial assessments, modifies treatment protocols and submits progress notes and data to insurance companies.
- Communicates with and trains parents and caregivers.
- Performs other administrative tasks as required.
- Supervises and trains direct-care staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in related field from an accredited institution.
- One year’s relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Desired Qualifications
- Experience and excellence in supervising behavior technicians.
- Strong understanding of and experience in billing for ABA services.
- Experience and interest in working with children with severe problem behavior.
- Strong leadership skills, including, initiative, collaboration skills, openness to feedback, leading by example.
- Interest and/or experience in working with undergraduate and graduate practicum students.
- Interest or experience in collaborating on research projects.

Physical requirements and working conditions
- Office or other indoor work with minimal physical demands such as occasionally lifting or moving materials less than 25 pounds.
- Work is generally performed in a well-lit, temperature-controlled indoor environment with occasional exposure to the outdoors or any number of elements.
