1+ years of experience is strongly preferred, but if you have the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn, we'll teach you everything you need to know.

What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing exterior surfaces for painting and staining
- Painting siding, trim, doors, shutters, decks, and fences
- Working safely on ladders and around residential properties
- Communicating professionally with homeowners and teammates
- Maintaining clean and organized job sites
- Learning industry best practices and improving your skills
