Delivery & Service Assistant
Francek Water Conditioning is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Delivery & Service Assistant to join our team. This position supports our customers by delivering products, performing routine maintenance services, and assisting with general field operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver water treatment products and supplies to customers
- Change filters and perform routine filter maintenance
- Complete filter cleanses and other scheduled maintenance services
- Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials
- Maintain accurate service records and paperwork
- Communicate professionally with customers during service visits
- Assist with additional field and warehouse duties as needed
- Help keep company vehicles, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Comfortable using mobile devices and completing service documentation
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be insurable under the company's vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to safely lift and carry 50+ pounds
- Previous delivery, service, maintenance, or customer service experience preferred
- No experience in water treatment is required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Availability Requirements
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Availability to work Saturdays as needed
Work Environment
This position involves travel throughout our service area and regular interaction with customers. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
