Flagship Escrow Office | Inside Loop San Antonio
Cantera Title & Escrow is seeking the right escrow leader to help launch and lead a new flagship office in one of San Antonio’s most desirable “inside the loop” markets, including areas such as Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, Monte Vista, Olmos Park, and the surrounding 410 corridor.
This is not a standard escrow position.
This is an opportunity for an experienced escrow officer to step into a true leadership role with the ability to help shape the office, influence the culture, build the team, and grow something meaningful in one of the strongest real estate corridors in San Antonio.
We are offering a highly competitive compensation package designed to make this opportunity worth serious consideration, including:
A strong base salary, commission, profit sharing, performance bonuses, full benefits, and long-term upside.
The selected candidate will have the support of an established real estate services platform, including over a decade of trusted industry experience through Rio Bravo Real Estate Services, along with the credibility, technology, and innovation associated with Inspectify Inc., an award-winning, venture-backed national platform.

This office will be built around the right person.
