We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Associate to join our retail team! In this role, you will be the face of our store — assisting customers, maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment, and supporting daily store operations. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and helping them locate products
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions including cash, card, and digital payments
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or discrepancies
- Maintain store cleanliness and appearance, including mailbox areas, packaging area etc.,
- Follow all company policies, health and safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures
- Support team members during peak hours and assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail, grocery, or customer service is a plus but not required — we welcome motivated newcomers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and operating a POS system
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse customer base
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
