A fantastic opportunity is available for a Caregiver at our resort-style retirement community located on twelve acres in Ventura. Come join our team and enjoy working in a supportive, resident-focused environment.
The Caregiver will assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, incontinence care, and escorting residents to and from meals and activities.
We provide ongoing training and support to help you build on your strengths, grow in your role, and feel confident in the care you provide. Our team works together to make sure you feel prepared, supported, and connected as you serve our residents with compassion and professionalism.
We are looking for a dependable team player who can provide comfort, care, and compassion to seniors while maintaining professionalism, respect, and dignity at all times. Strong communication skills, patience, reliability, and compassion are important for this role.
Full-time and part-time positions are available. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass background check
- TB test/health screening
- Ability to lift/transfer residents
- Caregiving experience preferred, but not required. Training is provided.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
