Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our presence within assigned territories, focusing on pharmaceutical, medical, and scientific equipment markets.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Identify new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Manage key accounts by maintaining ongoing relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive deal closing success.
- Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.
- Deliver detailed analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint to prepare proposals, presentations, and reports that support sales initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory management efforts using CRM systems or other organizational tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical device or scientific/medical equipment technical sales is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent account management capabilities.
- Demonstrated success in B2B (business-to-business) sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging product demos and technical presentations.
- Solid organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and territories efficiently.
- Knowledge of enterprise selling strategies within healthcare or medical sectors is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with analysis tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in outside sales roles while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
