What You’ll Do as a Senior Financial Analyst
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support forecasting, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis
- Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, providing actionable insights to leadership
- Prepare and enhance monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior stakeholders
- Evaluate product-level financial performance, cost drivers, and operational trends to improve margins
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and enhanced reporting accuracy
- Partner with accounting, operations, IT, and compliance teams to ensure financial integrity and alignment

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 4+ years of progressive experience working as a financial analyst or business analyst
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and reporting expertise
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar tools is a plus
- Experience within healthcare, pharmacy services, or a pharmacy benefits manager environment required
