We are actively seeking Field Service Technicians to join a dynamic heavy equipment dealer in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will be instrumental in conducting inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on Heavy-Duty Equipment. Technicians will benefit from a strong company culture, professional work environment, and on going development.
Qualifications:

10+ years of Field Experience or 5+ years of Shop Experience.

Hands-on Heavy-Duty Equipment diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience.

Previous field experience Strongly Preferred.

Valid Driver’s license & a good driving record.

Proficiency in using mechanical tools and devices.

Basic math skills and the ability to read/understand manuals, catalogs, and diagrams.

Strong commitment to customer service and communication, both internal and external.

Teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Pride in workmanship, reliability, honesty, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented attitude.

Own Tools up to 3/4" drive.
Compensation:

$50.00 - $70.00/hour, dependent on previous experience.

$2000 Sign on Bonus.
