Service Restaurant Members at 507 Poke Bowl Inc. will correspondingly operate a cash register to manage cash and card transactions, communicate positively with customers, manage front-of-house tasks, prepare fresh food, and attend to customers in a friendly manner. We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic employees that have excellent customer service skills to join our team!
**Pay includes an hourly rate of 12.00 and tips!
*Training period will have different hourly rate.
Responsibilities
- Accurately operate a cash register with cash and card transactions
- Take orders from customers and assist them with questions upon request
- Provide excellent customer service and hospitality
- Clean tables, counters, floors, etc. when required
- Restocking items when low on supply
- Preparing fresh food properly
- Abide by restaurant and health guidelines
- Provide backup support when responsibilities are completed
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Some experience in the restaurant industry or customer service
- Must be willing to work with customers to provide excellent service
- Flexible schedule
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to meet physical requirements of walking and standing for long periods
