Branch Manager
Location: Eugene, Oregon

GT Landscape Solutions is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive financial performance, develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
As Branch Manager, you will execute the GT Experience and Intimate Branch Model by leading people, managing operations, strengthening client relationships, and achieving sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop team members to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Set performance expectations and accountability for department leaders and Account Managers.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Develop future leaders and support employee growth.
Client Relationships & Growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Partner with Account Managers to ensure consistent communication and exceptional service.
- Monitor client retention, satisfaction, and enhancement sales opportunities.
- Resolve client concerns while delivering the GT Experience.
Operations Management
- Lead Production Managers and Foremen to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
- Monitor production performance, labor efficiency, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Conduct field visits to evaluate quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Drive operational improvements across Maintenance, Enhancements, and Irrigation services.
Financial & Business Management
- Own branch revenue, gross margin, profitability, and overall financial performance.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational plans.
- Review financial performance and implement strategies to improve results.
- Drive growth while maintaining strong operational discipline.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial landscape industry experience.
- 3+ years of leadership or branch/operations management experience.
- Proven success managing teams, budgets, and financial goals.
- Experience with landscape maintenance, enhancements, and irrigation operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and landscape management software.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field preferred.
Preferred:
- Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) or equivalent certification.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to walk, stand, and travel throughout the branch service area.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
