Required Qualifications:
· Zero to two (2) years work-related experience required, preferably in electro-mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
· Knowledge of mechanics, electrical, and automation.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully complete multiple tasks within established and changing deadlines.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced cross functional manufacturing environment
· Demonstrated successful performance with independent, hands-on problem solving.
· Innovation and adaptability skills.
· Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, update, and work on all equipment in designated area of responsibility.
· Machine rebuilding and mechanical knowledge including pneumatics required.
· A thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic components and equipment including the use of special instruments for diagnostic purposes
· Must be able to work well with all levels of personnel whether individually or in a team environment, and especially must be able to interface and communicate with production operators and supervisors to assist with repairs and troubleshooting
· Ability to learn and work with company MES systems, machines to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Industrial automation/ electronics manufacturing background is preferred
· Electrician/Controls Experience/Mechanical experience
Responsibilities:
· Perform scheduled preventive maintenance. Maintains repair and maintenance records.
· Installs, maintains and repairs all manufacturing equipment and fixtures.
· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
· Work with Engineering and Manufacturing to support and launch new programs as needed.
Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
