Note: Successful applicants will be employees of Raise Limited, working at ExxonMobil facilities with both ExxonMobil employees and other contractors.
Responsibilities :
- Strategy Development & Alignment: Acts as key point of contact for the development of marketing communications plans consistent with brand strategy
- Execution & Project Management: Coordinates day to day execution of marketing communications activities by preparing project inputs, supporting brief development, and working with internal teams and agency partners through creative and copy development and production
- Budget & Metrics Stewardship: Assists in tracking marketing communications budgets and gathers performance data to support reporting, measurement, and optimization efforts
- Digital Marketing & Technology: Provides data administration and end user support for implementation and ongoing management of marketing technology and processes
- Brand Governance & Collaboration: Ensures adherence to Global Brand Guidelines and Digital Standards in assigned materials and collaborates with internal stakeholders and agencies to support efficient and consistent execution
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in marketing communications, campaign project management with a focus on copy and creative trafficking.
- Attention to detail, sense of urgency, and strong communications skills are required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree either in Marketing or Communications
- Preferred background in Ad Agency, Marketing Communications, experience in trafficking and copywriting
- Project Management certification
- Microsoft Office, marketing campaign workflow management tools (e.g., Aprimo, Figma, Monday.com, Slack)
