We are seeking a high-performing Front Office / Treatment Coordinator who takes pride in communication, professionalism, and creating an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities
Patient Experience & Communication
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients in person and over the phone
- Create a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for every patient
- Build trust through clear, confident, and compassionate communication
Scheduling & Office Flow
- Manage and optimize the daily schedule for efficiency and productivity
- Schedule patients appropriately based on treatment needs
- Reduce cancellations and maintain a full, productive schedule
Treatment & Financial Coordination
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
- Explain financial options, insurance benefits, and payment solutions
- Help patients move forward with needed care through effective communication
Administrative Support
- Answer phones, manage patient communication, and handle appointment coordination
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support front office systems and processes
Leadership & Team Contribution
- Help lead the front office through organization and accountability
- Delegate tasks when appropriate to maintain efficiency
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
- Be coachable and open to feedback and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of dental front office or treatment coordinating experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present treatment and financial information confidently
- Experience with scheduling and managing patient flow
- Professional demeanor and appearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Familiarity with dental practice management software
- Understanding of dental insurance and billing
- Experience in a high-quality or comprehensive dental practice
