We are expanding our remote client services team and seeking motivated individuals who are interested in building a long-term career in financial services. In this role, you will meet virtually with clients to explain introductory financial concepts, review available financial strategies, and help guide them toward their personal financial goals.
No prior financial experience is necessary. We provide structured training, continuous mentorship, and full operational support to ensure your professional growth from day one.
Responsibilities
- Meet virtually with clients to assess their financial goals and long-term objectives.
- Educate clients on foundational financial concepts and customized solution options.
- Guide clients through implementing suitable financial strategies.
- Maintain regular, ongoing communication and follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
- Participate actively in ongoing training, team development, and skills workshops.
- Collaborate closely with team leadership to deliver an exceptional client service experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping people.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong learning agility and commitment to completing professional development programs.
- No prior financial experience required.
Licensing Requirements
This position requires obtaining a state financial services license. Our organization provides step-by-step guidance, study materials, and sponsorship support throughout the licensing process.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (Remote)
- Pay Structure: 100% Commission/Performance-based
- Estimated Pay: $35,000-$55,000 per year (Earnings are performance-based and depend on activity and production levels; there is no base salary)
- Location Requirements: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and currently reside within the U.S.
