We are an established, patient-focused medical practice dedicated to providing high-quality, continuity of care. We believe that exceptional medicine relies on strong, trusting relationships. Our clinical medical assistants are the backbone of our patient care team. We are looking for a dedicated professional who wants to establish long-term roots, build lasting bonds with regular patients, and become an integral anchor of our clinical operations.

- Prepare patients for examination by escorting them to rooms, obtaining accurate vital signs, and documenting a thorough chief complaint.
- Update and maintain comprehensive patient records within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Perform clinical tasks including blood draws, administering injections/vaccinations, assist with minor in-office procedures such as performing EKGs, PFTs, and vision & hearing tests.
- Manage prescription refills, review laboratory results with patients under provider direction, and handle clinical triage phone calls.
- Sterilize instruments, stock exam rooms, and maintain strict adherence to OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA safety and privacy standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Commitment to Longevity: A desire for permanent, long-term employment. A historical track record of stability with previous employers (e.g., 2+ years) is highly valued.

- Clinical Proficiency: Strong foundational skills in venipuncture, injections, and navigating EHR systems.
- Phlebotomy Experience: Proficient in blood draws and handling laboratory specimens safely.
- Soft Skills: High level of empathy, active listening, and a calm, reassuring clinical bedside manner.
