We are currently seeking a full-time LNHA-Nursing Home Administrator to join our wonderful team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and management of the facility.
- Lead all day to day operations of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and nursing home policies.
- Promote the highest degree of quality care for the residents.
All candidates must have:
- Minimum of 2 years as a Healthcare Administrator or AIT
- Current Nursing Home Administrator License in Ohio
- Strong Leadership Skills and the ability to foster a TEAM environment amongst staff
- Prior experience in staff development
- Ability to multitask
- A proven track record in the census and revenue growth
- Competent in organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new applications
