Baden Street Child Development Center is looking for a Full-time Universal Pre-K Teacher. Individual must have a teacher certification in Birth to 2nd grade and/or in the process of obtaining that degree. This program is facilitated through Rochester City School District and follows the Highscope Curriculum.
The job duties include:
Implementation and understanding of Common Core Standards
Implement High Scope Curriculum in conjunction w/ New York State standards for Preschool
Complete Daily Attendance/Meal Count/Health Records
Brigance screening
COR Assessment (Child Observation Record)
Daily anecdotal notes
Ability to compute paperwork via computer
Universal Pre-K Portfolios
Maintain proper teach child ratios
Emphasis on good classroom management
Good communication skills w/parents and assistant teachers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
