We’re currently hiring an Evening Commercial Cleaning Crew Supervisor/Manager to join our team.

What You’ll Do
As our Crew Supervisor, you’ll:
- Lead by example, training and coaching your team to deliver top-notch cleaning services.
- Conduct building inspections to maintain quality and company standards.
- Ensure team members have the supplies and equipment they need to succeed.
- Work hands-on when needed to assist with cleaning and supply deliveries.
- Look for ways to improve efficiency, customer service, and overall operations.
- Promote safety to minimize accidents and damage.
- Exhibit a high level of integrity and hold others to the same.

What You Bring to the Table

- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- The ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active for extended periods.

- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a people-first mindset.
