Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Special Education Teachers and Learning Specialists to provide individualized academic and social-emotional support for students across the Front Range.
This is an ideal role for educators who are looking for:

Our coaches work with students in homes, libraries, schools, community settings, and virtually, depending on student needs and coach preference.
Schedule
- Flexible part-time daytime, after school, and weekend hours available

Compensation
- Starting at $45+/hour depending on experience and assignment

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one or small-group instruction and support
- Support students with academic, executive functioning, SEL, and IEP goals
- Collaborate professionally with families, schools, and the Hopkins team
- Create engaging, individualized learning experiences
- Maintain clear communication and session documentation
- Build positive, supportive relationships with students and families
Qualifications
- Current teaching license with Special Education endorsement (Colorado or reciprocal state)
- Master’s degree in education or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience supporting students required
- Strong understanding of neurodivergent learners and individualized instruction
- Experience working with students with moderate to severe needs preferred
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- Compassionate, patient, and collaborative approach
- Familiarity with mindfulness, executive functioning, and SEL practices preferred
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
