What You Will Do
Exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of your way to accommodate guests
Ability to thrive in high pressure environments
Maintain extensive knowledge of the menu and be able to properly describe food and beverage items to guests
Maintain a flawless presence pertaining to Maple Hospitality Group uniform and hygiene standards
Communicate and report on guests experiences both negative and positive
Read guests and deliver custom experiences based on your personality
Be a true team player - communicate with and support the team at all times
Who We Are Looking For
Minimum 1 year serving experience in an upscale, high volume restaurant
A professional, friendly personality with excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to multitask
Extensive food and beverage knowledge, wine and spirits knowledge is a plus
Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service
Exudes confidence and takes pride in their personal style and appearance
A genuine passion for the craft of service
