Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces to maintain impeccable hygiene standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as toiletries, towels, and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform floor care tasks to uphold cleanliness throughout the property
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly for resolution
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures aligned with hospitality industry standards
- Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special requests to enhance overall guest experience
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments with a focus on housekeeping or room servicing
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools and supplies used in hotel or custodial settings
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure all areas are spotless and meet quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts
- Prior hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable; housekeeper management experience is a plus
