Job Responsibilities for Outside Parts Sales Representative:
- Provide customer service to parts customers in-store and on the road
- Market, promote and advertise an array of parts offerings to customers
- Help facilitate the receiving, stocking, sale, and delivery of parts in an efficient, safe and profitable operation
- Visit assigned customers
- Prospect for new customers
- Follow up on parts orders to ensure that customers have been served properly
- Attend training seminars, as required
- Act as a public relations liaison for the dealership
- Maintain professional appearance
- Other tasks as assigned
Required Skills for Outside Parts Sales Representative:
- Exceptional customer service and communications skills (both written and verbal)
- A positive attitude and great personal drive
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
- Qualified candidates will possess excellent attention to detail
- Valid state driver's license is required
- Must maintain a clean driving record
