Fairview Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who is kind, patient, dependable, and committed to providing meaningful support in a warm senior living environment. The LNA will assist with daily care while helping promote comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life for those who call Fairview home.
This is a full-time position with hours of 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily personal care needs
- Supporting comfort, safety, and overall well-being
- Helping create a calm, respectful, and compassionate environment
- Providing assistance with mobility, meals, activities, and daily routines as needed
- Communicating changes or concerns to the nursing team
- Working under the supervision of an LPN or RN
- Following care plans, facility policies, and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Current LNA license in the state of New Hampshire
- Completion of a 120-hour Nurse Assistant Training Course and successful passing of the State Evaluation for LNA candidates
- PCA experience or caregiving experience a plus
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a supportive care team
