Site Director – Job DescriptionThe Site Director is responsible for leading a high-quality Champions program through strong leadership, active engagement, and relationship-building with children, families, staff, and school partners.Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership & Engagement
- Actively engage in the program each day, ensuring a safe, structured, and high-quality environment for all children. Model expectations and lead by example.
- Family Partnerships
Build strong relationships with families through consistent communication, support, and responsiveness. Ensure families are informed, supported, and aligned with program expectations, including scheduling and enrollment.
Lead, coach, and develop staff in a professional and positive way. Set clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and support team growth and accountability.Ensure active supervision is maintained at all times, including Name to Face, transitions, and overall program safety. Follow all company policies and licensing (DHS) requirements.Maintain clear, consistent communication with your Area Manager, business partners, school administration, and peers. Ensure alignment and partnership across all levels.Build and maintain strong relationships with school administration and staff to support a collaborative and successful program.Support accurate billing practices, including family accounts, real-time billing, and subsidy/CCA processes. Partner with families to ensure understanding and compliance with billing expectations.Ensure daily program operations run smoothly, including scheduling, staffing, curriculum implementation, and adherence to Brilliance in the Basics.Represent Champions with professionalism in all interactions. Lead with a positive, solutions-focused mindset and create a strong, supportive team culture.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
