Duties
- Engage in sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through telemarketing and networking to generate new insurance leads.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis with clients to understand their insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Negotiate policy terms and premium rates with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction while meeting company targets.
- Manage sales administration tasks including processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation in CRM systems.
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote insurance products across various channels, including social media and local outreach efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and guiding them through policy selections with clear communication.
- Service and support the existing book of business
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities.
- Familiarity with insurance sales processes, customer service standards, and sales administration practices.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $38,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
