Compensation: $35 per hour
Position Summary
Priority Care Staffing is seeking qualified and professional Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) at a skilled nursing facility located in Zephyrhills, FL. This assignment is designed for clinicians who value a consistent schedule, a stable working environment, and reliable support from a dedicated staffing partner. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
Assignment Highlights
* Hourly Rate: $35 per hour
* Shift Assignment: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
* Compensation Schedule: Weekly pay, distributed each Friday via direct deposit
* Support Services: 24/7 access to Priority Care Staffing’s support team
Professional Standards
To maintain compensation at the premium rate and ensure compliance with scheduling expectations, the following terms apply:
* Work Hours: Minimum of 24 hours per week; overtime is not permitted
* Weekend Obligation: Commitment to working every other weekend is required

Required Credentials and Documentation
Candidates must provide the following documents prior to placement:
1. Active Florida LPN license
2. Current BLS/CPR certification
3. Résumé
4. Two (2) recent professional references
5. Government‑issued photo ID
6. Social Security card
7. TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON) within the last 12 months
8. COVID‑19 vaccination card or approved exemption
9. Voided check or direct deposit authorization form
10. Photo for facility ID badge
