Job Summary:
Bertrand Chaffee Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our Imaging Team in Springville, NY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and assisting patients during routine and special examinations, operating imaging equipment, and developing film and printing CDs. Responsibilities:
Prepares and assists patients during routine and specific examinations
Operates imaging equipment, including C-Arm machines and portable x-ray machines
Develops film when necessary and prints CDs
Assists radiologists during fluoroscopic examinations and special procedures
Verifies scripts from ordering physicians and ensures accurate billing of procedures
Responsible for updating patient data and completing necessary documents
Requirements:
Current and maintained registration in New York State for Radiologic Technology
AAS Radiological Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be available for evening and overnight shifts, in addition to days.
What we offer:
Competitive hourly rate: $29.38 - $35.01 based on experience. Weekend and Holiday rotations are required.
