Position Overview:
As an Automotive Advanced Service Technician at Metric Motors in Edmond, you hold a pivotal position in upholding our commitment to excellence in automotive service. Your role extends beyond technical prowess and professionalism to encompass a deep dedication to providing the highest levels of customer service, guiding customers through informed vehicle repair decisions with transparency and clarity. Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of hands-on work experience with European vehicles.
- ASE Certified with a proven record of accomplishment of excellence in vehicle repair and customer service.
- ASE A-series certifications (A1-A8), which cover the core areas of automotive repair
- ASE A9 certification for light vehicle diesel engines is a plus.
- ASE L1 Advanced Engine Performance Specialist certification is a plus
- Proficient in productivity standards based on flag hour principles, with a focus on operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical information to customers clearly and understandably.
- Dedication to upholding the company's standards of excellence in automotive service and customer experience.
