Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager & Technical Service Specialist with hands-on expertise in assembling, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing gearboxes and winches. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to provide technical support both in the workshop and at customer sites.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair gearboxes and winches.
- Perform mechanical inspections, diagnostics, and repair activities in the workshop and at customer locations.
- Install, commission, and service equipment while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Provide technical support and resolve customer equipment issues efficiently.
- Represent the company professionally during onsite service visits and international assignments.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and reports.
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing technical training and continuous skill development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
Pay: $61,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
