Our company seeks an enthusiastic, detail oriented, and hardworking person with an interest in supply chain and logistics, ready to join our team as a full-time Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities
· Responsible for complete order management and tracking; ensuring timeliness of delivery, including overseeing timely pickup/delivery of goods
· Maintain and foster customer relationships, answering questions and solving issues with competence and expedience
· Arrange logistics for outbound customer orders, ensuring cost efficiency and negotiating costs where appropriate
· Handle customer complaints and investigate delivery issues (to include damaged products, carrier accidents, and lost/late deliveries)
· Verify shipped orders coincide with customer purchase orders, and forward to accounting for invoicing
· Generate and monitor customer sales contracts
· Generate shipping documents for customers, warehouses, and carriers
· Working interdepartmentally to align goals and strategies
· Work closely with delivery companies to maintain efficient delivery windows, and foster positive working relationships
· Responsible for managing timely workflow with efficiency, customer service and the appropriate escalation of orders or tasks at hand
· Manage a high volume of emails, while multitasking and maintaining accuracy of details

Education & Experience
· Minimum 1 years’ experience in supply chain, domestic transportation or relative field
· Minimum 1 years’ customer service experience
· Knowledge/experience in Supply Chain and Logistics, considered an asset
· Excel expert with advanced skills in formulas, pivot tables, and reporting. Must be able to handle complex data with accuracy and efficiency.
· Experience in/knowledge of dairy, agriculture, or commodities is a strength
· A team player, comfortable with ambiguity and deadline pressures
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
