Job Responsibilities
As a Direct Care Worker, you will help clients remain safe and independent in their homes by providing:
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Companionship and emotional support
- Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Documentation of services provided
- Maintaining client dignity, privacy, and independence
Qualifications
We welcome applicants with any of the following experience:
- Direct Care Worker (DCW)
- Personal Care Aide (PCA)
- Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Caregiver
- Companion Care
- DSP (Direct Support Professional)
- Nursing student
- Home care or healthcare experience
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to pass required Pennsylvania background clearances
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Service Areas
We are hiring immediately throughout:

- Bucks County
- Chester County
Assignments are made based on your preferred travel area whenever possible.
