Initial pay Range is $45,000-$75,000+ depending on performance and profit sharing potential.
We are lookin for a positive, high energy General Manager who has a minumum of 1-2 years of Restaurant Management experience, previous GM experience not required. Who is capable of working in the fast paced atmosphere of the Restaurant business. Our General Managers are responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant business including but not limited to customer service, employee management, sales growth, catering, cost control, scheduleing, inventory control, cleanliness, and in store and out of store grass roots marketing. We expect our General Managers to have an ownership mentality.
